Ascot Racecourse is the home to Royal Ascot which takes place every year in mid-June and has been Britain's most historic and famous race meeting for almost 300 years, with attendances of over 310,000 people annually.

For the first time in 80 years, England has opened its doors to a new racecourse at Great Leighs, situated on the former Essex County Showground, near Chelmsford. A superb hospitality village initially focuses around The De Boer 'Emperor' building, which formed a stunning backdrop to the 17th hole at the last Ryder Cup.

Other racecourses include Haydock Park, Hamilton Park, Perth and Sandown Park all of which offer a racing experience unlike any other.
